How to care for the batik treasures?
Wash batik garments in cold water with similar or like colours on a gentle cycle. Avoid any harsh bleaches. All our garments are pre-shrunk.
Where is my parcel?

Our delivery services are experiencing significant delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes. Some orders can be delayed up to 4-5 weeks, we do apologize for the inconvenience. Please note our free shipping option does not include tracking and orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) only.
We ask for your patience and understanding. We promise your unique batik purchase will be worth the wait!
Import duties & taxes
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged with any customs duties or taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
No one's home to receive the parcel?
A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
Why does my tracking state my parcel is being returned to sender?
The carrier was unable to deliver your parcel to you (you may not have been in or they might not have been able to gain access to your property). Please be patient while we wait to receive your package. As soon as it arrives we will give you a refund immediately. A typical refund will take up to 21 days, that’s 14 days for the parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and us processing with up to 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system. For future orders please consider using an alternative shipping address to prevent this problem.
I received the wrong item, what do I do?
We will get this fixed for you immediately! Please head to our Contact Us section and provide the following details:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name, colour, style and size of the item ordered
- Product name, colour, style and size of the item received
- Picture of the incorrect item
I'd like to purchase fabric by the yard, what do I do?
Unfortunately, our online store currently offers a small range of our products and large fabric cuts are unavailable online. However, our locations in St.Kitts have them in stock. If you are still interested, we encourage you to email batikskb@sisterisles.kn. Our management team would be happy to provide further assistance and facilitate your request.
