Refund policy

Return terms

You have received your order placed but the item isn't a suitable fit. You have 14 days from the day you have received your package to inform us about your return request. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the order number you received with your products, this can be found in your confirmation email.

Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?

We are not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you need a different size or colour of an item please place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered or a sale item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mail@shopcaribellebatik.com

Where to send your parcel?

Please email us at mail@shopcaribellebatik.com to obtain the address for returning your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-compliant order

All our products are unique and handmade by our craftsmen. For this reason no two products are the same. However, if you have received a defective item, we suggest you contact our customer service at mail@shopcaribellebatik.com.
